The Skousen Hedge Fund Trader is a fast-paced trading service that invests in the same opportunities, and uses many of the same trading techniques as the world’s top hedge funds.

The service is directed by Dr. Mark Skousen and his business partner — a veteran trader with a national reputation as an extremely successful trader. With Mark Skousen’s investment experience and economic background — and his colleague’s unparalleled trading techniques — you’ll have a great team working with you to help you build short-term profits and long-term wealth.

About Dr. Mark Skousen

Mark Skousen, Ph.D, is a professional economist with an uncommon knack for turning his understanding of economics into highly valuable investing advice. Since 1980, he has edited Forecasts & Strategies, leading hundreds of thousands of subscribers to unique investing opportunities often ignored or overlooked by other investing advisers.

Skousen (pronounced Skow-son) is best-known for his advice to subscribers to “sell all stocks and mutual funds” less than six weeks before the 1987 stock market crash that wiped out billions in investors’ wealth. He has consistently been on the right side of major investing trends in his career with F&S and, before that, with Inflation Survival Letter.

With a master’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University and a Ph.D. in economics from George Washington University, Skousen has a unique perspective on world investing markets. He also worked for several years as an economist for the CIA, giving him rare insight into how the federal government works (or doesn’t work).

Skousen has taught economics and finance at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and is currently a visiting professor at Columbia University in New York. In addition to writing economics books, speaking at seminars and conferences and editing FORECASTS & STRATEGIES, Skousen is active in his church and his children’s activities.

Dr. Skousen maintains a personal website, www.mskousen.com, where you can view more information about his family, his academic, political and investment writings, and his personal interests.
